Welcome to Lusufalia. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the purchase, production, delivery, and use of all products and services provided by Lusufalia, including customised cricket and football apparel, merchandise, and accessories.
By placing an order with Lusufalia, the customer acknowledges and accepts these Terms and Conditions. Payment constitutes confirmation that the customer approves the order, including any artwork, designs, or proofs produced by Lusufalia. Orders placed without payment do not indicate that production has commenced. As such, deadlines may be at risk if payment is not made promptly.
Customers are encouraged to specify any required delivery dates at the time of ordering. Providing a delivery deadline before payment ensures that Lusufalia can allocate sufficient production time to meet your expectations. Failure to provide such information may result in delays.
Customers must clearly specify sizing requirements and quantities at the time of ordering. Failure to provide this information promptly may result in missed deadlines or incorrect orders. Lusufalia will not be responsible for delays caused by late or incomplete sizing or quantity information.
All orders requiring artwork or colour matching must include Pantone references. If Pantone references are not provided, Lusufalia reserves the right to assign alternative colours. While we aim for accurate colour reproduction, Lusufalia cannot be held responsible for discrepancies between assigned Pantones and the customer’s brand or design specifications.
Customers must provide vector-quality artwork and approve samples or visuals before production. Failure to supply high-quality artwork, Pantone references, or approval of the pre-production sample may result in delays or missed deadlines. Lusufalia is not responsible for any errors or variations arising from incomplete or unapproved artwork.
Lusufalia provides a pre-production sample for each order. Samples are chargeable at the price agreed upon at the time of order and must be paid in advance.
If a pre-production sample is not requested or possible, photographic approval may be provided. Customers should note that photographic approvals may not perfectly represent colours or design details, and Lusufalia cannot accept responsibility for discrepancies caused by screen or camera variations.
Garment visuals created by Lusufalia are intended for illustration purposes only. They are not to scale and may differ slightly when applied to the final product. Customers should expect minor variations in design placement or proportions.
While Pantone colour reproduction ensures accuracy, slight variations may occur between separate print runs or within bulk orders. Lusufalia will make every effort to maintain colour consistency but cannot be held responsible for variations in colour from previous orders or within large print runs.
All original artwork and designs created by Lusufalia remain the intellectual property of the company, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unauthorized reproduction, sharing, or use of Lusufalia designs constitutes copyright infringement. Customers are prohibited from providing our artwork to other suppliers or using it without written permission.
Pre-production sampling requires a minimum of one week from receipt of payment and artwork approval. Full production requires a minimum of three weeks from confirmation of sample approval received via email. Production timelines may vary depending on order complexity, quantities, and other factors.
All prices are quoted in GBP and are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate at the time of ordering. Lusufalia reserves the right to update prices in accordance with changes in material costs, production expenses, or tax regulations.
Deliveries will be made to the address provided on the order form unless otherwise agreed in writing. Customers must ensure that the delivery address is accurate and complete to avoid delays.
Lusufalia uses domestic couriers for deliveries within the UK. Estimated delivery times are one to three business days from dispatch. While we make every effort to meet delivery schedules, delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Lusufalia is not responsible for costs, delays, damages, or losses incurred by third-party couriers or international shipping services, including customs handling. Customers using external delivery options do so at their own risk.
Lusufalia is not liable for delays, failures in delivery, or defects caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Strikes or industrial disputes
Transport or supply chain disruptions
Power failures or technical issues
In such cases, Lusufalia will make reasonable efforts to notify customers and resolve the situation promptly.
Lusufalia operates on a 5% order tolerance. This means that a delivered quantity within 5% above or below the order will be considered as fulfilling the contractual agreement. Customers acknowledge and accept this tolerance when placing an order.
All complaints must be submitted within five days of delivery. For issues regarding delivery, damaged goods, faulty products, or discrepancies, complaints must be submitted within four days of the scheduled delivery date.
Lusufalia will investigate all complaints promptly and may request photographic evidence or return of the item to assess the issue.
Customised items are non-returnable except in cases where manufacturing defects, printing errors, or significant quality issues are identified. Requests for returns due to personal preference or incorrect sizing will not be accepted for customised orders.
Customers may cancel an order prior to production; however, a cancellation fee may apply to cover work already completed. Orders cancelled after a Purchase Order (PO) number has been issued will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@lusufalia.com. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after deducting any applicable fees.
Payment for all orders, including pre-production samples, is required before production begins. Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Lusufalia reserves the right to halt production if payment is delayed or declined.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including:
Delivery addresses
Contact details
Artwork files and Pantone references
Sizing and quantity specifications
Lusufalia is not liable for errors, delays, or additional costs arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Lusufalia shall not be held liable for:
Indirect or consequential losses
Loss of revenue, profit, or goodwill
Delays caused by third-party providers or circumstances outside our control
Our liability for faulty or defective goods is limited to replacement or refund of the affected items, in accordance with the complaints and returns policy.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from orders, products, or services provided by Lusufalia will be subject to the jurisdiction of UK courts.
Lusufalia reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers are encouraged to review this page regularly to ensure they are aware of current policies. Any updates will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
